Bamberg Family Practice has a dedicated, full-time telehealth provider. All you need is internet and a device like a smartphone, tablet, or computer with audio and video capability. This service allows you to have a visit virtually with your provider in the comfort of your home.

Medicare patients with two or more chronic conditions are eligible to receive monthly coordination of care from your healthcare team outside of in-person office visits. 

A low cost, at home monitoring program that provides the patient with advanced monitoring tools. Your healthcare provider can remotely monitor your health data and communicate directly with you.

​Choose Well is the largest statewide initiative to improve contraceptive access and reduce unintended pregnancies. As a designated, Choose Well site, we are able to provide multiple types of birth control for women at little to no cost.

We have an on site lab that is able to perform some lab work in-house depending on our insurance. We also have in-house imaging where you can get an x-ray at your office visit.

Our practice offers a variety of physicals including Department of Transportation (DOT), pre-employment, college, camp and sports physicals.

Our providers are able to perform minor office procedures such as toenail removal, cryotherapy of lesions, warts, or skin tag removal.

Diabetic patients who are unable to perform basic nail care themselves due to a barrier are eligible for this service. During this visit the doctor may also perform your annual diabetic foot exam.
